Formerly The Stepan Inn Guest Suites Located in the historical Washington Square district, across from the Old Nacogdoches University Building, The Inn at 418 is just a lazy stroll from the brick streets of downtown Nacogdoches. Built in 1905, under the direction of the famous German architect Dietrich Rulfs, The Inn is full of an eclectic combination of old and new dishes, furnishings, antiques and art. All of The Inn is an evolving and ever-changing work of art where 'everything' in The Inn at 418 is 'for sale.' Covered parking is provided in the back and guests are invited to enjoy the picnic tables, gas grill, fire pit and the entire out of doors that surrounds The Inn. Guest suites feature a private entrance; welcome basket; private bath with claw foot bathtub and shower; complete private kitchen with complimentary coffee, microwave, and refrigerator; private sitting room, enclosed porch and bedroom; ceiling fans; personalized climate control, cable TV and HBO; wireless internet access; full use of washer and dryer and maid service. Our large suite has 2 fireplaces. We encourage guests to communicate their individual needs to us so we can provide a complete and enjoyable stay. Please inquire about customized amenities which include, but are not limited to, reservations for golf outings, dinner, theatre and other local events, personal laundry service, personal shopping for groceries and errands prior to check in or during your stay, and direct billing. The Inn and its surrounding grounds are available for luncheons; teas; dinner parties; civic, corporate, and philanthropic events; board meetings; weddings; couple, bridal, baby, and kitchen showers; adult and children's birthday parties, church groups and all special events. Each area of The Inn, including the outside area, can be transformed for your specific event or function. In addition, The Inn at 418 is pleased to provide and coordinate a complete customized group itinerary to include special interest speakers and additional local and surrounding area entertainment, dining, shopping, historical tours and local room reservations.
