Pulpwood extraordinaire Kathy Murphy and her Queens will once again return to Nacogdoches for the fourth year Thursday through Saturday, Jan. 11-13, for the 2018 Bohemian Rhapsoday themed Girlfriend Weekend.
The Pulpwood Queens comprise a book club that has now grown into the largest “meeting and discussing” book club in the world, with 600+ chapter of The Pulpwood Queens Book Clubs and a few Timber Guys - the men who have bravely joined in our crusade and mission to promote authors, books, literacy, and reading all while having some BIG TIME FUN!
This year’s agenda includes some changes, so be sure to read below:
Thursday-afternoon registration will again take place in downtown Nacogdoches at the Convention and Visitors Bureau located at 200 E. Main St.
Friday-morning registration will now be held at the Fredonia Hotel Convention Center.
The Alcohol Ink workshop will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday also at the Nacogdoches CVB. The workshop cost is $75.

The Friday-night author dinner with special guest speaker also will be held at Mast Hall. Price for dinner: $50
Saturday night Great Big Ball of Hair Ball now include a special guest speaker, music, and will be held at the Fredonia Hotel. PRICE: $50
The ball will include a cash bar!
Friday and Saturday panels will be held in the Fredonia Hotel Convention Center.
