Meeting & Conference Facilities
Whether you are looking for an out-of-the-way lodge or a full-service banquet facility, Nacogdoches has it. We have facilities that can accommodate groups of 40 or 400.
Austin Hall and Event Center 4606 North St., 936-560-4763
Austin Hall is a casual venue for private events, corporate retreats and corporate event services and can accommodate up to 300 people seated. Tables and chairs are not available, however they can be rented. Austin Hall can provide catering for your event or outside catering is welcomed.
Comfort Suites offers a meeting space that accommodates up to 50 guests. Ideal for business meetings, workshops, banquets, parties, wedding receptions, baby showers, and social gatherings. Outside catering only.
The CSAT Conference Room is a 500 sq. ft. classroom area that can accommodate up to 25 people. The facility also has a break area with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a 300 sq. ft. recreation room available (covered with no A/C). Services include free Wi-Fi, dedicated laptop with Windows Vista and speakers, digital projector and DVD.
Situated alongside Banita Creek, this facility was originally called the Anderson Grain Building, and the back area once served as a grain mill. You may use outside food service. The Front Room is 8,200 sq. ft., accommodates 900 guests and offers pool tables, a dance floor and a stage. The Mill room can hold as many as 400 people.
Located 9 miles north of Nacogdoches on U.S. Highway 59 North, Eagle Nest Hidden Lake Resort is perfect for corporate events, meetings, reunions, parties and can accommodate 250 to 300 seated. The Activity Center offers 5,280 sq. ft. of climate controlled space in addition to a 1,760 sq. ft. covered back patio for outdoor activities, which overlooks part of the lake. The venue has a full service kitchen, 8'X12' screen with projector.
The Holiday Inn offers an approximately 700 sq. ft. room that is well appointed and can accommodate up to 30 guests. This space is ideal for small meetings, receptions, parties and showers. Outside catering only.
The newest hotel in the oldest town in Texas boasts an approximately 550 sq. ft. room that can comfortably seat about 30 people. The beautifully-decorated space is perfect for small meetings, receptions, and other social gatherings. A small boardroom at the hotel is ideal for business meetings of six to eight people, and a conference table is provided. Outside catering only.

Located on the banks of the Lanana Creek, Liberty Hall was built by the City of Nacogdoches in 1994. It is a rustic, lodge-type facility that is ideal for parties, receptions and meetings. The 1,800 sq. ft. meeting room can comfortably accommodate up to 75 people. It also offers limited kitchen facilities.
This charming reconstructed historic village offers a century-old chapel, a Victorian home and a charming gazebo - all excellent locations for a wedding or reception, as well as conferences, recitals, reunions, meetings, retreats and private parties. Rent the grounds and one or more of the facilities for an hour or a weekend. The house can accommodate 40 to 50 people comfortably. On-site catering is not available.
The Exposition Center is the ideal setting for large shows, expos, concerts, rodeos, carnivals, horse sales, picnics, parties, dances and more. A stage and sound equipment is available. The Exposition Center features a 78,000 sq. ft. arena with two 2,100 sq. ft. fully enclosed rooms. The upstairs room can accommodate about 100 people and has its own restrooms. The downstairs room can hold up to 75 guests. The Civic Center features two large event rooms. The downstairs room is 15,000 sq. ft. and seats 600 to 1,100 while the upstairs is 4,700 sq. ft . and seats 225 to 500 people. Additional small meeting rooms are available. Outside catering is allowed. Some additional requirements may apply. The facility is perfect for large tradeshows, concerts, corporate meetings, banquets, school activities, and professional conventions.
Old University Building, TJR Elementary Campus 411 N. Mound, 936-569-7292
Built in 1859, it is the only original building of a university chartered by the Republic of Texas still standing. The two-story building of modified Grecian architecture closely resembles the University of Virginia buildings and is a Texas State Historical Landmark. Except for two years during and after the Civil War, the building has been in continuous use for educational purposes. It has full kitchen facilities. There are two downstairs rooms that can each comfortably accommodate up to 116 people, as well as two small upstairs rooms. No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Pine Creek Lodge is located approximately 8 miles west of Nacogdoches off of FM 2782. Situated on a peaceful wooded hill in the middle of a 140-acre farm, the lodge is a perfect setting for weddings, receptions, banquets and more. It is a full-service property with 17 guest rooms. Pine Creek Lodge offers a large outdoor deck and gazebo area. Day meeting rentals include a mid-morning and afternoon snack and lunch. • Dining Facility - 1,000 sq. ft. ideal for 50 to 60 people. • Banquet Room - 2,500 sq. ft. comfortably seats 180 guests. • Foyer - 1,700 sq. ft. accommodates 200 people.
Quality Inn & Suites features a 2,400 square foot meeting room. The newly renovated guest rooms (117 rooms) are built around a courtyard. The hotel also features an exercise room, breakfast room, indoor/outdoor pool area, and a sports bar. The meeting room may be divided into three 800 square foot meeting rooms.

The Nacogdoches Shrine Club makes this hall available for banquets, parties and other special events. The space is designed to accommodate 300 people with a dance floor or 400 without. Kitchen facilities are available. The hall is not available on Tuesdays or fourth Thursdays.
Southern Bliss is a wedding venue with a southern twist conveniently located off Hwy 59 South. The venue is the perfect setting to host weddings, smaller meetings and reunions. Southern Bliss provides tables, chairs, linens and everything you would need to host a memorable event. The venue ofers three separate areas, a covered deck, the main room as well as a chapel and can accommodate 200 to 300 people.
Stephen F. Austin State University, named for the father of Texas, offers a wide range of meeting and recreational facilities. The University Center operates as the hub of the beautifully-landscaped campus. All rooms are equipped with AV equipment. No outside food is allowed, but catering is available. • Grand Ballroom - Ideal for large events, meetings, lectures and weddings, this space can accommodate 1,000 people with theater seating; 500 at round tables and 700 banquet-style. • Twilight Ballroom - Holds 550 with theater seating; 225 at round tables and 450 banquet-style. • Regents Suite A - Comfortably seats 200 theater-style; 125 with round tables and 190 banquet-style. • Regents Suite B - Accommodates 120 with theater seating; 60 with round tables and 80 banquet-style. (The Regents Suites have adjoining French doors and can also be rented together.) • Eight small meeting rooms can accommodate 30 to 40 people each.
The Old Tabacco Warehouse is a unique venue for weddings, receptions and parties and is located in a historical tobacco warehouse in downtown Nacogdoches. The venue is located on the second floor and offers 3,500 sq. ft. and can accommodate 250 seated and 300 for a reception.
Built in 1895 by architect Diedrich Rulfs, The Jones House is a wonderful example of late Victorian domestic architecture. It features bay windows with curved glass, double galleries, stained glass windows and pulpit-divided front steps. It was restored in 1999, and is operated as a bed and breakfast. Within walking distance of historic downtown Nacogdoches, the house is deal for showers, receptions, parties and teas. The home can comfortably accommodate groups of 20, and food can be provided.

The Red Barn features 1,800 sq. ft. of event space with a full size kitchen and can accommodate up to 125 seated. The venue offers a casual setting for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, holiday events, parties and more. Caterers are welcome.

The local VFW post is available to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and some Saturday afternoons. Easily accommodating up to 550 people, the facility is perfect for large family gatherings or any special occasion.
Vineyard Community Center 4140 FM 1878, 936-615-9234
This lovely 5,000 sq. ft. facility can host weddings, receptions, reunions, meetings, parties, conferences, proms, dances, recitals, catered banquets, etc. The large, beautifully manicured lawn can also host outdoor weddings and events. The 3,000 sq. ft. Tuscan Room includes a stage area and can accommodate up to 200 people. Adequate parking, kitchen facilities, tables and chairs are available.
