Pineywoods Dining Hall

The Pineywoods Dining Hall opens at 7 a.m. weekdays, ready to fuel your body for a great day of classes! This building shows off the power of mass timber — Southern yellow pine, that is. Cross-laminated timber layers boards at right angles to form strong, waffle-like panels, while glue-laminated timber bonds wood layers into the big beams and columns that frame the structure. The result? A building that’s strong, sustainable and naturally beautiful. Nine Unique Dining Stations: Ranging from Mexican cuisine and farm-to-table options to fresh-baked desserts and homestyle favorites. Add in a soft-serve ice cream machine and a tortilla maker to round out the culinary choices.
