Slash-O-Meadery

Slash-O-Meadery is a family-owned and operated meadery nestled in Nacogdoches County, Texas—home to the oldest town in Texas and some seriously good mead. We craft our meads using real fruits, real ingredients, and raw Texas wildflower honey, letting each batch ferment naturally to bring out bold, balanced flavors. Whether you prefer dry and crisp or sweet and fruity, there’s something here for every palate. We’re open Saturdays from 2–8 PM, inviting you to slow down and enjoy the experience. Feed the Highland cows, grab a fresh pizza, relax with friends or family, and sample a "FLITE" of handcrafted meads in a laid-back, welcoming setting.
