The Mid-Town Flat is exactly what it sounds like- a smartly decorated walk-up right in the middle of Nacogdoches. This sweet space is across the street from Nac Memorial Hospital, 1 1/2 blocks to SFASU's campus & intramural fields, & less than 1/2 mile to Pecan Park. Turn in for the night on the memory foam queen mattress, which we outfitted with organic linens. Enjoy breakfast or drinks on the balcony & remember to snap a pic in front of the neon sign & gallery wall for the Gram!

The space

As you head up the stairs in the stairwell, check out the old mail slot in the front wall. This house was built back in the 1930's and is chock full of little pops of character, just like this mail slot! At the top of the stairs you'll enter through another door **Please keep this one closed so you aren't trying to heat and cool the stairwell** Upon entering the flat, the kitchen and dining area will be on your right. The bedroom is further down the hallway on your left, and the living room and reading nook at straight ahead at the end of the hallway (notice the thermostat just to the right of the living room entry). The bathroom and linen closet are on the right, at the end of the hallway.

Guest access

You may access the entire apartment, except for the hall closet. That's where we keep our supplies, hopes, and dreams.

Other things to note

Extra linens for the sofa can be found in the pink locker cabinet underneath the amazing color-popping gallery wall in the living room.
